Jordan’s and John Leech MP launch Smartest Street competition
The search is on for South Manchester’s Smartest Street. We’ve teamed up with the South Manchester Reporter and John Leech MP for Manchester Withington, to find a residential street that is well kept, loved and blossoming with summer flowers. To enter the competition South Manchester residents must write 100 words explaining why their street deserves the award. Entries should be sent to Rachael Richards on
rachael@rmspr.co.uk
or posted to RMS, My Buro, 20 Market Street, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA14 1PF and please mark your entry ‘Jordan’s competition’. Entrants should include a name, address and telephone number. John Leech MP and Jill Burdett the Homes Mine writer on the South Manchester Reporter will judge the competition and the winning street will win a window cleaning service for two months and the nominee will win £100 worth of M&S vouchers. We’re keen to celebrate the region’s tidiest streets and in turn the residents that have maintained, plated and tidied them. This shows that home owners are proud to live in their area, helps to bind a community together and has a positive affect on everyone’s home life. If you live on a smart street please nominate your area and together let’s set an example and tell everyone how community spirited you are. The closing date for entries is early October 2010.
